This exquisite creation features two layers of a light sponge filled with plump raspberries. The delicious raspberry flavoured buttercream is topped with freeze-dried raspberries and drizzled with a generous helping of raspberry coulis. This cake is very popular in our summer months but can be enjoyed any time of year for those raspberry lovers. Serves 10. Also available in XL which serves 14.
